There is nothing like a good meal to keep you energised for all the adventures and activities Overlanding in Africa has to offer.


			You won't go hungry on a Nomad/ Which Way Trip!
			Those whose main concern is whether or not they will be fed enough on their Overland Adventure tour will be relieved to hear that the Nomad/ Which Way overland vehicles are well stocked with staple foods at the beginning of each expedition. They try to maintain as much variety throughout the expedition as possible and restock from stores and markets along the way.


					Large variety and plenty of fresh food
					Fruit and vegetables are fairly easy to obtain on all the routes, although certain seasons are more abundant than others. Nomad/Whichway offers a selection of casseroles, lasagnes, stews, roasts and grills with a compliment of salads and vegetables in the evening; cold meats, salads and sandwiches for lunches and cereals, toast, spreads, yoghurt and fruit for mornings on the move, as well as a good fry-up on those quieter mornings. Every overland traveller who travels with Nomad/Whichway will, without a doubt, leave the table with their taste buds tingling.
					Be a chef in the Nomad/Whichway kitchen
					You can also perk up your cooking skills while overlanding with Nomad/ Which Way. Whilst the crew do the lion's share of the cooking they do divide all overland participants into cooking teams who'll find themselves chopping and peeling and generally helping out. Nomad/ Which Way cooks on gas stoves as well as on the open fire. All cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery will be supplied.
