African Adventure Activities - bungi jumping!

Bungi, Bungee, Bungy, Bunjee, Le Benji or Bungi Jumping. What ever you call it or however you spell it, the adventure is the same and involves jumping off a bridge with a length of elastic attached to your feet.

Swakopmund in Namibia is home to a lot of adventure activities. Climb the famous dunes and then surf down them! Proficient surfers can surf down the dune standing and those less practiced can literally 'fly down' the dune lying flat on the board.

Non-stop activities for the African safari travel adrenaline junkies. The white water rapids below the mighty Victoria Falls offer Grade 5 rapids most of the way. If a day of white water rafting doesn't exhaust you - the steep climb out of the gorge will!
