Overland Adventure Travel » Mozambique

Mozambique is the overland travel destination for water babies, as it is jam-packed with water activities. There are a fair number of things to see, including world-renowned beaches, World Heritage sites, funky colonial architecture and colourful local culture. The safest bet for overland adventure travel is diving or snorkelling as Mozambique has great reefs.

			Must do's in Mozambique:
				Sea food and eat it in Mozambique - home of the famous LM Prawns.
				Mozambique Makonde people are famous for their carvings. If your overland enables you to travel to this area, these carvings make great presents to take home.
				Experience a coral reef scuba dive, snorkelling and the many water sports all on offer.
				Check out a marimba orchestra in the south, the Chope musicians play the marimba, a form of xylophone.
