Located in central Malawi is Lilongwe, the capital city, and only one-and-a-half hours drive away is Senga Bay. On the Lake Malawi shore, Senga Bay offers the visitor a beautiful beach, campsites, hotel and some of the best curios in Malawi. Sadly Kasungu National Park and Nkhotakota Game Reserve have severe poaching problems. Even the roads are almost inaccessible in Nkhotakota. Fortunately there are plans to tackle the problem and upgrade the facilities here.
