This African adventure safari features spectacular scenery, great wildlife viewing and many exciting activities for adrenalin junkies.

The tour starts in Cape Town - South Africa's Mother City, passes through the desert landscapes of Namibia, and ends at iconic Victoria Falls.

Day 1: View Beautiful Table Mountain
After a short stop to view Table Mountain, you depart Cape Town heading north for the Cederberg mountain region. These sandstone and shale mountains are famous for their spectacular rock formations.

On this first afternoon you go on a guided walk to see bushmen paintings and learn about native flora and fauna. You can end your first day swimming/ floating on tubes in the Olifants River.

At sunset climb up to a good viewpoint for a sundowner drink. Alternatively you can settle in with a relaxing game of table tennis or darts.

Day 2: See the Daisies in Namaqualand
You travel north through Namaqualand and head for the Gariep River. Namaqualand is big sky country and this vast semi-arid region comes alive in spring when millions of colourful wild flowers cover the countryside.

The night is spent sitting around the campfire, getting to know your fellow travellers.

Location: Orange River, South Africa
Day 3: Go Canoeing Down the Orange River
Choose between a relaxing morning on the riverbank, or a half-day canoe adventure on the Orange River. After lunch you travel north to the Fish River Canyon, the second largest canyon in the world.

You reach Hobas in time to set up camp and be at the canyon for sunset. If there's time you can take a walk to the hikers' viewpoint which is about 10km from the campsite.

Day 4: A Scenic Drive Into the Hinterland
From the Fish River Canyon you continue on into the remote Namibian hinterland. Today is a long driving day, stopping en route at a great little shop with fresh bread and just about anything else you could need.

There's also a bottle store, post office and butchery which sells biltong (a South African dried meat delicacy) at a good price.

You arrive at camp in the afternoon with enough time for a walk into the smaller Sesriem Canyon. This is an excellent night to sleep out under the stars, beside the fire.

Day 5: Hike Up Famous Dune 45

Taking advantage of the cooler temperatures you depart at dawn and drive into the Namib-Naukluft National Park where you hike up the famous Dune 45 to watch the sun rise. After breakfast you join a local expert on a guided tour explaining the desert ecosystem.

Days 6-7: Cross the Tropic of Capricorn
Today you cross the Tropic of Capricorn, stopping to take a photo, on your way to Namibia's Atlantic Coast. In Swakopmund you are briefed on the various optional activities available here, including quadbiking, sandboarding, sky diving, scenic flights and fishing.

Day 7 leaves you free to explore the town or enjoy an adrenalin-filled excursion.

Day 8: Enter Mysterious Spitzkoppe
It's time to leave all the trappings of modern life behind you and drive inland to the mysterious Spitzkoppe. The Spitzkoppe consists of the core of an ancient volcano that had the outside layers eroded away and is a sacred site of the San people.

You camp in the wild for the night; the stars in Namibia are so bright that you'll want to reach out and touch them.

Day 9: Meet the Himba Tribes
After some early morning exploration you continue inland and drive towards Kamanjab. Here you have the opportunity to meet the Himba people, semi-nomadic pastoralists who are easily recognisable by their unique style of dress.

Their hair, clothes and jewellery all form an important part of their tradition and culture. Encountering a totally different way of life is a moving experience for many people.

Days 10-11: Unique Game Viewing inEtosha
Leaving Kamanjab behind, you head for the Etosha National Park; home to over 340 bird, 110 reptile and 100 mammal species, including close to 3 000 elephant and one of the biggest populations of black rhino in Africa.

The Etosha National Park is the venue for some of the most unique game viewing experiences in Africa, and you have the chance to enjoy various game drives during your stay.

Spending a couple of hours of your evening beside a water hole will provide you with some truly remarkable photo opportunities.

Day 12: Take a Tour of Windhoek
Following an early morning game drive, you set off towards Windhoek in the centre of Namibia, stopping at a popular craft market along the way.

In the afternoon you go on a short city tour, before spending your evening as you see fit. Windhoek has a host of interesting restaurants, but checking out Joe's Beer House, with its unique decor of Namibian memorabilia, is particularly worthwhile.

Day 13: Tribal Dancing in Botswana
A scenic drive takes you to the Buitepos border where you cross into Botswana. Once at camp you meet with a local bushmen community and experience some traditional tribal dancing.

Days 14-16: Bush Camping in the Okavango Delta
An early start takes you from Ghanzi towards Maun, where you spend the night and prepare for your 2-day bush camping experience.

The next morning your guides will brief you on the next few days' activities and the community run tourism operation. You then enter the delta using local transport. The Okavango is the largest inland delta in the world.

Its crystal clear waters and countless islands are home to an amazing variety of animals and the area is a birder's paradise. During your time in the delta you go on a guided nature walk, and, should the water levels allow it, mokoro (traditional canoe) rides with local guides.

Note: Malaria (passed on by the Female Anopheles mosquito) is rife in this part of Botswana. Most mosquito bites are on the feet or ankles of a person, so cover these areas well in repellent.

Day 17: Visit the Town of Gweta
Leaving the Delta, travel east to Gweta, located halfway between Maun and Nata, near the Makgadikgadi Pans.

Day 18: Sleep on the Chobe Riverbank
Arriving at Kasane, you set up camp on the banks of the Chobe River.

The afternoon offers a cruise down the river, providing an excellent opportunity to sit back, relax and view Africa's spectacular wildlife.

Day 19: View the Spectacular Victoria Falls
Following an early morning game drive, you depart for Victoria Falls. Known as 'the smoke that thunders', the Falls are one of the 7 Natural Wonders of the World, and the adrenaline capital of Africa.

Arriving here before lunch gives you plenty of time to plan tomorrow's activities, before enjoying a spectacular sunset cruise and dinner on the waters of the mighty Zambezi River.

Day 20: Go WhiteWater Rafting at the Falls
Other than some of the best whitewater rafting in the world, the list of activities on offer at the Falls includes elephant excursions, bungee jumping, abseiling and helicopter flights offering spectacular panoramic views.

It's up to you to decide how to spend the last day of the tour, but whatever you do, we're sure it'll be exciting.
