Take in the highlights of Namibia - from the towering dunes at Swakopmund to cultural visits with the Himba people and wildlife viewing in Etosha - before making your way across the border into Visas are the responsibility of the traveller and that the Whichway Adventure Company will not be held responsible for clients being denied entry should they not be in the possession of the relevant visas.
  

Day 1: Go Sandboarding in Swakopmund

After a short briefing on the optional activities available here, you can set off on an exploration of the town or try your hand at the many adventure activities on offer, from sandboarding and quadbiking to sky diving and fishing.

Spend your first evening getting to know your fellow travellers.

Day 2: See Rock Art at Spitzkoppe

Head further inland to Spitzkoppe - a group of towering granite peaks in the Namib Desert. See the ancient Bushman art that is found here before setting up camp for the night in this wild and barren landscape.

Day 3: Get to Know the Himba People

After breakfast and an early morning exploration, set off for Kamanjab where you will have the chance to get to know the Himba people and learn more about their pastoral way of life and their traditions and culture.

Days 4-5: Explore Etosha

Travel to the Etosha National Park - one of Africa's greatest wildlife sanctuaries - where you can enjoy some spectacular wildlife viewing.

This semi-arid region is home to impressive populations of bird, reptile and mammal species. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives and spend your evenings at the waterholes where the animals gather to drink.

Day 6: Stop Over in Windhoek

Enjoy one last early morning game drive before travelling to Windhoek - situated almost perfectly in the centre of Namibia.

En route, stop at a popular craft market where you can pick up some local artworks and curios. The afternoon is spent enjoying a short tour of Windhoek - Namibia's capital city - after which you'll have the option of enjoying dinner at Joe's Beer House.

Day 6: Head for Botswana's Border

Enjoy the scenic drive to the border where you'll cross over into Botswana.

On arrival at your camp for the evening, you will have the chance to become better acquainted with the local Bushman community and enjoy some traditional dancing.

Days 8-10: Visit the Okavango Delta

Leave Ghanzi behind and head for Maun where you will spend a night en route to the Delta.

The next few days are spent in the Delta as you explore the islands and channels on foot, in a game-viewing vehicle or in a mokoro (dug-out canoe).

You will also have the opportunity to enjoy a nature walk with the local people.

Day 11: Travel to Gweta

Leaving the Delta behind, you make your way to Gweta which is situated mid-way between Maun and Nata, near the Makgadikgadi Pans.

Day 12: See Wildlife in the Chobe National Park

On arrival in Kasane, you will set up camp on the banks of the Chobe River.

In the afternoon, you can enjoy viewing the abundant wildlife from a boat as you cruise down the river.

Day 13: Head for Zimbabwe

After an early morning game drive, you'll head across the border into Zimbabwe.

On arrival at Victoria Falls, you will have time to plan the next day's activities before visiting this mighty Falls.

You have the option of enjoying a sunset cruise on the Zambezi which includes dinner and drinks.

Day 14: Thrilling Activities at Victoria Falls

Known as the 'Adrenalin Capital of Africa', Victoria Falls offers a number of exciting activities, including bungee jumps over the gorge, white-water rafting on the Zambezi, and elephant-back safaris.

Enjoy one last dinner with your travelling companions, after which your journey comes to an end.
